Key Responsibilities: Arrange team daily work according production plan and solve problems in the production process; Continuously improve the 6s standards in the team’s daily work, including safety risk identification; Develop a detailed implementation plan based on team KPIs and effectively monitor its implementation; Keep close communication with R&D, TPS and Customer. Develop and update the relevant equipment work instructions for new processes and parameters; Responsible for analyzing bottlenecks in existing testing process, continuously optimizing test solution designs and establishing standardized testing protocols; Maintain smooth communication between supervisors and subordinates, and report daily work progress; Support the installation and commissioning of equipment for each Site team’s request and Team formation, travel time greater than 30%; Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
