Product Operation Engineer - Deposition

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead cost reduction to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer teams and GMO. 2. Lead materials cycle-time improvement project to reach target. 3. Respond to RFQs and customer specs by collecting the feedback from technical team. 4. Work with regional teams to define SSC (Systems Specs Configuration) for evaluation tools, sales tools 5. Develops and updates GMA template, review GMA. 6. Prepare CLC forms to implement late changes prior to order shipment. 7. Drive MFG delivery of internal orders (for RD, ENG, etc.) 8.Release PCN (Product Change Notice) 9.Build supply chain list for product development, responsible for new supplier introduce REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor and above, engineering background with mechanical, chemistry, physics or material science etc. 2. Product management experiences (2 years or above) with semiconductor related equipment industry is preferred. 3. Proven ability to communicate effectively with various level of staff. 4. Well-developed organizational skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, familiar with MS office, etc. 6. Open minded, self motivated, and logic thinking.
