生产计划工程师

Key Responsibilities: 1. Closely contect with relative function teams to ensure demand of mature products being loaded into ERP system based on customer configuration 2. Closely communicate with production teams for open work orders’ delivery and supply issues to ensure the order suppliers meet customer due date including MRO demand 3. Participate in regular Engineering Change meeting and communicate with Engineering/Sales/TPS departments and manage order demand accuracy 4. Manage production line storage levels as agreed including selecting proper production strategies to ensure keeping lower production line storage 5. Collect and analyze production data to provide production efficiency improvement recommendations. Monthly close and clean up orders in time, provide required information to relative groups and analyze order variance to improve 6. Production line storage management systems maintenance and tools/fixture management; 1.与相关职能部门保持紧密沟通，确保成熟产品的需求依据客户配置准确录入ERP系统； 2.与生产团队保持密切沟通，跟踪在制工单的交付及供应问题，确保订单供应能够满足客户交期（含MRO需求）； 3.定期参与工程变更会议，与工程、销售、TPS（生产计划与控制）部门保持沟通，管理订单需求的准确性； 4.按照既定目标管理产线在制品库存水位，通过选择合适的生产策略，确保维持较低的在制品库存水平； 5.收集并分析生产数据，提出生产效率改善建议。每月及时完成工单结算与清理，向相关部门提供所需信息，分析订单差异并推动改进； 6.维护产线在制品库存管理系统及工装夹具管理。 Key Requirements: 1. BA, BS or equivalent in business, supply chain, production management. 2. Above 6 years working experience of production planning or related function 3. Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both at oral and written 4. Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package 5. SAP skill is prefered 6. CPIM is prefered
