电气工程副总监/资深经理（电力电子）

Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1.结合工艺需求提供电力电子类产品（如电源、可控硅）技术规范、验收及测试流程； Provide technical specifications, acceptance and testing processes for power electronics products (i.e. power supplies，SCR) based on process requirements； 2. 熟知并能独立完成电力电子类产品（如电源、可控硅）设计和电力电子类（如电源模块控制、通讯）系统硬件设计，并验证其可行性； Familiar with and able to independently complete power electronics products (i.e.power supply，SCR) design and power electronics (such as power module control, communication) system hardware design, and verify the feasibility; 3. 绘制电力电子类产品框图、原理图、元器件布置图(如PCBA布置图)、接线图等电气图纸，并编制BOM、SOP、用户手册等设计文档； Draw power electronics products block diagram、schematic、components layout（i.e. PCBA layout）, wiring diagram and other electrical drawings, and prepare BOM、SOP、user manual and other design documents; 4. 熟知电源中常用通讯协议（如CAN、EtherCAT、Modbus等）； Familiar with commonly used communication protocols in power supplies, such as CAN, EtherCAT, Modbus, etc； 5. 熟知常用拓扑结构以及功率器件等OEM部件选择(如IGBT、MOSEFT)的驱动设计和控制系统(如MCU、DSP, FPGA应用)的设计和验证，以及成本分析 ； Familiar with commonly used topology structures and OEM component selection for power devices (such as IGBT, MOSEFT )driver design and control system (such as MCU, DSP, FPGA application) design and verification, as well as cost analysis; 6. 查找安装和使用过程中出现的技术问题，并为现场提供技术支持，故障排除和最终解决方案； Find technical problems in the process of installation and use, and provide technical support, troubleshooting and final solutions for the site; 7.熟练掌握电力电子类产品设计的相关计算方法，熟练掌握电力电子类产品相关国家标准； Proficient in the relevant calculation methods for the design of power electronics products, and proficient in the relevant national standards for power electronics products 8. 熟练掌握电气设计工具，如Altium Designer, Cadence, EPlan, Solidworks Electrical等等； Proficient in Electrical design tools, such as Altium Designer, Cadence, EPlan, Solidworks Electrical, etc. 9. 熟练电气系统的仿真设计软件的应用，如Matlab、Multisim、PSpice等； Proficient in the application of simulation design software of electrical system, such as Matlab, Multisim, PSpice, etc 10. 良好的沟通能力，与不同职能部门进行协调，可独立负责大型项目 Good communication skills, able to coordinate with different functional departments and independently take charge of large-scale projects Key requirement 资历要求 : 1.具有硕士及以上学历，电力电子、电气工程及其自动化、电气自动化、电气控制或相关领域; 2.扎实的电力电子理论知识； 3.丰富的可编程电源的研发经验； 4. 有5年及以上电源的项目研发经历者优先; 5. 良好的学习能力、良好的沟通能力、良好的团队合作精神和创新能力； 6. 出色的跨职能、跨部门的项目推进和落地能力。 7. 有半导体行业经验优先； 8. 有团队管理的经验优先； 9. SCR(可控硅)的研发经验优先； 10. 特种电源的研发经验优先。
