Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1、Responsible for ICP system startup/installation and system maintenance( including chiller, pump) at HeadQuarter lab. 2、Responsible for ICP system new tool or new tecnical function define/verify/related SOP and Manual document write. 3、Responsible for ICP system on-side tool start up support and open issue trace and solution, related report write. 4、Responsible for ICP system productivity improvement and CIP implement and etc. Key requirement 资历要求 : Responsible for CCP & ICP equipment mainteneance and support 1. Responsible for new tool startup installation, hardware retrofits, demo support, issues trouble-shooting for lab tools 2. Perform issues identification, use BKM to resolve existing issues and perform root cause diagnose analysis for new issues 3. Perform lab CIP testing & FA within cross-functional team (Process, Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Spares, etc.) to improve product functionality and reliability 4. Complete productivity issue related experiments, collect and analyze data, generate reports for both internal and external distribution
