Product Safety MTS

Key responsibilities 主要职责： 完成产品安全相关工作，包括但不限于： 1.执行所有产品的安全测试，包括电气、机械、化学和工业卫生； 2.根据SEMI安全标准对所有产品和子模块进行风险识别和评估； 3.配合第三方认证机构，取得产品认证证书； 4.编写相关产品的安全手册和安全相关操作规程； 5.评估客户的产品安全相关需求； 6.为工程师和客户提供产品安全培训。 Perform product safety-related tasks, including but not limited to: 1.Conduct safety tests for all products, covering electrical, mechanical, chemical, and industrial hygiene aspects; 2.Identify and analyse risks for all products and sub-modules in accordance with SEMI safety standards; 3.Collaborate with third-party certification bodies to obtain product certification certificates; 4.Draft safety manuals and safety-related SOP for relevant products; 5.Evaluate customers' product safety requirements; 6.Provide product safety training to engineers and customers. Key requirement 资历要求 : 1.硕士及以上学历，自动化/机械/机电/化工等相关专业； 2.熟悉以下标准中的至少一项或多项：IEC 60204-1,IEC 60204-33,IEC/UL 61010-1,NFPA79,SEMI S2/S8/S10/S22,ISO 12100,ISO 13849-1/-2; 3.2年以上产品安全测试或产品安全认证经验，有半导体行业、新能源行业或工业设备工作经验者优先； 4.学习能力强，具备较强的问题分析、沟通协调和跨部门推动能力能力； 5.自我驱动，有责任心和承压能力； 6.良好的中英文沟通能力，包括书面和口头表达； 7.熟练使用Office办公软件，包括PowerPoint和Excel。 1.Master's degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; 2.Familiar with at least one or more of the following standards: IEC 60204-1, IEC 60204-33, IEC/UL 61010-1, NFPA79, SEMI S2/S8/S10/S22, ISO 12100, ISO 13849-1/-2; 3.2+ years of experience in product safety testing or product safety certification; experience in the semiconductor industry, new energy industry, or industrial equipment is preferred; 4.Strong learning ability, with excellent problem analysis, communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration skills; 5.Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure; 6.Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; 7.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
