EPI Process Engineer - Wuhan

Key Responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Performs process development or modify existing process to meet customer requirement. 2. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process specifications. 3. Plan, execute characterizations on EPI processes, analyze and document results 4. Work closely with EPI product team for product design and performance enhancement Key requirements 资历要求 Master/Doctor degree 2 - 8 years work experience Familiar with metal process tunning, such as CVD, ALD, etc Familiar with 300mm wafer fabrication Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
