Sr. Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1、根据公司和部门质量目标，承接相应工作活动、工作计划和工作行动，完成部门KPI指标 According to the quality objectives of the company and the department, to take activities, work plans and work actions, and complete the department's KPI indicators 2、积极与各部门协同合作，及时执行生产现场的质量问题的处置，保证产品按计划交付 To cooperated with other departments, responsible for deal with MFG quality issue to ensure the delivery of products as planned 3、执行公司质量管理体系，对产品来料、过程、成品进行质量工程管理 To implement the company's quality management system, and conducted quality engineering for incoming materials, processes and finished products 4、向质量经理汇报产品质量表现，确保质量问题解决有效实施和有效降低质量风险 Report product quality performance to quality manager, ensure quality problem solving, and effectively reduce quality risks 5、负责新产品质量控制导入与量产质量检验对接，相关质量文件的审核与批准 Responsible for the introduction of new product quality control and the docking of mass production quality inspection, and the review and approval of relevant quality documents 6、参与工程变更的评估与分析并有效落实 To review ECO and impact analysis, make sure the impacts are identified and conducted 7、独自主导质量改进和流程优化等改善项目 To lead quality improvement project and process optimize project etc 8、主持质量问题分析例会，协同相关部门回顾产品过程质量表现，提升产品合格率 Presided over the quality problem analysis meeting, cooperated with relevant departments to review the product process quality performance, and improved the product pass rate 9、良好的执行力，服从公司工作安排，完成上级安排的其他与工作相关的任务 good executive ability, obey the company's work arrangement, complete other work related tasks arranged by superiors 10、有一定的团队建设和管理能力最佳 With some experience about construction and management of the department team is prefer Key Requirements: 1.学历与专业 机械工程、集成电路、质量管理、安全工程、工业工程或相关专业的本科或以上学历。 2.工作经验 拥有8年制造环境工作经验，其中至少5年专注于质保体系或质量控制的经验，并取得相应业绩，具有汽车、半导体行业经验者优先。 3.专业知识 扎实的ISO9001质量管理体系知识，了解ISO14001、ISO45001或VDA6.7者优先；了解制造过程控制方法（SPC, MSA, FMEA, 控制计划）及精益制造概念。 4.技能与素质 具备良好的中英文（读写）能力，技术标准的分析和解读能力，具有VBA、C/C++、PLC开发经验者优先
