Job Responsibility 1. Collaborate with the Product Team to define and continuously optimize the company's etching product R&D technology roadmap. Ensure technological leadership, meet future customer demands, and support company's strategic objectives. 2. Identify, evaluate, and drive the application potential of advanced smart manufacturing technologies (such as AI and Big Data) in semiconductor equipment development. Proactively establish and manage cooperative relationships with domestic and international universities and research institutions to facilitate the transfer of cutting-edge technologies. Lead or participate in the integration and application of these technologies into the company's etching products to enhance product intelligence levels and competitive edge. 3. Lead or be deeply involved in market and technical feasibility studies for new etching product development initiatives. Based on research findings, be deeply involved in defining new product specifications and conceptual design. Requirement 1.Master’s or PhD in Microelectronics, Materials Science, or Engineering (PhD preferred). 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced logic/memory semiconductor process development, or process integrated experience. 3.Etching expertise (e.g., plasma etching, RIE, ALE) is preferred; 4.Proven track record in cutting-edge technologies: sub-10nm nodes (FinFET/GAA), 3D NAND/DRAM, or emerging memory. 5.Intrinsic motivation: Demonstrated passion for continuous learning (e.g., AI/ML applications in process optimization) with tangible outcomes (patents, publications, or technical innovations); 6.Deep problem-solving: Ability to lead resolution of critical process challenges
