Sr. Simulation Engineer (molecular dynamics)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with process engineers to understand their recipes, in order to study the underline atomic/molecular dynamics using simulation tools based on quantum physics/chemistry 2. Simulate and analyze the dynamics at atomic/molecular level, for the process of gas-phase species interacting with surface adsorbed species to grow bulk layers 3. To formulate the surface reaction mechanism to enbale the feature scale simulation for material growth framework of CFD software Requirements: PhD in physics, material science, chemistry, surface chemistry, or related field, with experiences in using modeling tools on Density Function Theory, and Molecular Dynamics
