TPS Engineer - PECVD

TPS engineers play a critical role in the semiconductor equipment industry as key R&D positions, mainly responsible for bridging the design stage (Design), laboratory stage (Lab), and customer site (Customer). Key responsibilities： 1.During the design phase, TPS engineers need to closely collaborate with the design team to ensure that the equipment design meets the hardware and process requirements of the customer . 2. In the lab test phase, TPS engineers are responsible for assembling and testing the R&D equipment to ensure it meets the process requirements 3.Darft operation manuals & SOP and various technical documents. 4.Key parts DOE test & tool CIP 5.Support equipment installation and issue trouble shooting at customer site if needed ， improve tool performacement ; 6. Data analyze and draft issue report Key requirement： 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above 2. Work experience: more than 6 year of 12 inch PECVD tool experience 3. Skills requirements: 3.1 good communication skills 3.2 good problem-solving Skill 3.3 good report written ability 4. English: with good English Speak and written Skill , understand and write the documents in English 5. Professional: automation, electrical or related professional priority 6.
