Process - MOCVD

Responsibilities 1. Responsible for developing GaN epitaxial and/or characterization processes, techniques and approaches, troubleshooting, sustaining, and enhancing these processes/equipment through maintenance of control and engineering data 2. Interacts directly with other teams to address quality and product improvement issues; recommend, develop and evaluate equipment and process improvements 3. Supports and interacts with all members of epitaxial team, MOCVD and other AMEC divisions as required 4. Perform advanced characterization of GaN based material and device structures (XRD, PL, AMF, LEI, HALL), and maintaining tools. 5. Perform lab live process demo for customer or support field process demo as required Requirements： 1.PhD in Material Science and/or EE, Experience of technical report preparation, knowledge in material science 2. Strong logical thinking, hands-on, presentation skills; 3. Self-motivator with sense of urgency and accountability; 4. Epitaxy experience for GaN based material for optoelectronics and power device applications on sapphire & silicon substrates preferred; 5. Rich experience and deep understanding for reactors with vertial flow & horizontal flow
