Sr. TPS Engineer-FPE

Key Responsibilities: 1.During R&D stage, build and maintain the prototype tool, implement CIP. 2.Tool installation at customer site. 3.Lab tool maintenance. Key Requirements： 1.Min 5 years field service experiences in FPD industry, either at FPD customers or vendor sides. 2.With Strong NPI ( New Product Introduction) experiences. Must be familiar with system function tests and system level troubleshooting. Clearly understand Vacuum and exhaust abatement set up and can set up the related remote components such as GMP , GMB, Gas Box, Chiller, RF rack, Heater Exchanger etc. 3.One should have experiences on FPD fab facility ( FPD customer side experience is preferred)
