Sr. TPS Engineer-ROY

Responsibilities:  Responsible for lab running ROY equipment daily maintenance.  Tech documents drafting : Manual , SOPs, notifications. Train or assist to train new staff or customers. Support ME/EE/SW for new product development and release tasks. Coordinate lab activities and record all the events for checking.  Communication with CE/FAE about customer issues detail information.  Support start up issue list recording for each customer site (cooperated with MFG) Cooperation with other internal departments. Requirements:  Bachelor degree, accept all engineering, technology or science majors.  Good communication capability, logical thinking and good self-learning.  More than 3 years ROY MOCVD working experience. 本科以上学历，所有工程技术科学类专业均可。 3年以上GaAs或InP材料体系的MOCVD设备工作经验，特定的几家客户大厂设备工作经验有优先。 良好的沟通，逻辑思维和自学能力。 优秀者可适当放宽条件。
