Responsibilities: 1.Development of new products/features and continuously improve existing products. 2.Attend ECO meetings and decide on release status (DCO/C-ECO/ECO) . 3.Respond to RFQs and customer specs by collecting the feedback from technical team. 4.Work with regional teams to define SSC (Systems Specs Configuration) for evaluation tools, sales tools. 5.Develops and updates GMA template, review GMA. 6.Lead cost reduction to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer teams and GMO. Requirements: Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor and above, engineering background with mechanical, chemistry, physics or material science etc. 2. Semiconductor related experiences (3 years or above), dry etch is preferred. 3. Good communication skill. 4. Ability to handle multi-task, and work across function groups. 5. Fluent English 6. Good logical thinking, problem solving skills, self-motivated, and strong ownership
