Process Staff Engineer（ETCH）

Key Responsibilities: 1, Design and conduct experiment with plasma etcher and generate technical reports; 2, Conduct detailed data analysis to demonstrate process feasibility and system 3, Review process techniques and methods in manufacture environment; 4, Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specification; 5, Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing; 6, Other tasks assigned by supervisor; Key Requirements: 1, PhD or Master in chemistry, physics or material sciences. Working experience in semiconductor Fab or supplier is preferred; 2, Be able to solve complex process and equipment engineering issues; 3, Good at English writing and reading; 4, Good communicate skill and strong team spirit; 5, Self motivated, proactive and hardworking
