Senior ALD Technologist - Flat Panel Equipment

We are seeking an innovative ​​ALD expert​​ to lead the development of next-generation thin-film solutions for cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will spearhead research and development in: ​​Plasma-Enhanced Spatial ALD​​ for advanced OLED encapsulation ​​ALD-IGZO TFTs​​ for high-performance displays Emerging ALD applications including: - Electrochromic smart glass - Panel-level packaging for integrated circuits Qualifications: ​​Advanced degree​​ (PhD/MS) or BS in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, EE or related field ​​3-8+ years​​ of hands-on ALD experience with: - PE-ALD/spatial ALD systems - Thin-film applications in photovoltaics, OLED, or related fields This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of materials science/device engineering/equipment technology, utilizing state-of-the-art deposition technologies to enable next-generation electronic and optoelectronic devices.
