Sr. Project Manager

1. Manage customer tool project: SSC confirm, Order BOM create, packing list prepare. 2. MFG Mew production Transduce: Ensure product manufacturing process efficient, compliant; work closely with the product team, quality team, and production team to ensure manufacturing process flow meets product requirements and safety regulations 3. New product manufacturing process development: according to product characteristics indicators such as human, machine, material, method, environment, and measurement; Identify and evaluate risks in the manufacturing process of new products and propose emergency planns. 4. Define and Maintain MFG Workmanship standard 5. Develop OMS and QA team to develop production checklist. 6. Track project related design change and transfer to production. 7. Support production efficiency improvement, such as tool design. 8. Other internal manufacture engineering project assigned. Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree; Major in Optoicals/Mechanical/Manufacturing 2. Experience: 5-8 years working experience in Mechanical manufacturing/Semi-conductor equipment/LED equipment industry 3. Knowledge and experience of Mechanical/Project Management/Lean manufacturing 4. Good skills of Microsoft office software, Solid Work or equivalent; prefer to have SAP or Oracle experience 5. English: Fluent
