Process Senior Engineer-EPI (Nanchang)

Key responsibilities： • Create innovative processes for semiconductor production. • Plan, collect data, analyze, review and compile reports on a variety of Epi process engineering experiments. • Characterize hardware and establish process window and process-hardware interactions. • Address multi-faceted problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve a variety of intricate process engineering problems. • Produce internal and external documentation and in depth technical reports. • Collaborate with customers to resolve various intricate process engineering issues with limited supervision. Functional Knowledge: • Demonstrates deep understanding in own discipline and has foundational knowledge of related areas (in this case CVD/Heat-mass transport/ Chemistry reaction mechanisms/ Si-Epitaxy growth/ etc.) Industry Insight: • Familiar with industry best practices, understands how own role can integrate with others and offers recommendations for product and process improvements. Leadership Skills: • Develops strategies for project and DOE executions. Interpersonal Skills: • Able to justify chosen strategies, communicates effectively on complex concepts, and ability to persuade others. Key requirement: 1. A Masters/PhD in one of the following or related fields is necessary: Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics. 2.Good English skill (written and spoken)
