Process Director（PVD）

Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Define MRS of PVD system together with other team members 2. Lead PVD system characterization, process development, trouble shooting. 3. Generated technical presentation material and present to customers. 4. Drive customer penetration strategy together with regional team 5. Communicate the process performance with other team members on regular basis, and make improvement suggestions proactively 6. Lead customer penetration activities, such as evaluation, providing solutions to process related issues. Key requirement 资历要求 : 1. PhD or equivant in physics, chemistry, plasma engineering, EE. 2 .Working experience in PVD process development for 10+ years at semiconductor equipment company 3. 5+Years managerial experience required 4. Strong communication and leadership skills 5. Fluent English both in spoken and written.
