Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Assemble Process Module include mechanical、electrical、polyline、water hose installation and leak check per procedure,drawing and SOE; 2. Complete self inspection, pass TQC and pass QC inspection; 3. Verification of manufacturability, reliability and serviceability in the process of new product 4. Submit and analyze NCR when confront quality issue include supplier issue, design issue and any nonconformance; 5. Arrange team daily work according production plan and solve problems in the production process 6. Support production engineering team to develop OMS and QA team to develop production checklist 7. Support production engineering team to optimization product manufacturing processes； 8. Continuously improve the 6S standard in the team's daily work, including safety risk identification; 9. Optimization and improvement production process; 1. 按照流程、图纸和SOE（标准作业指导书），完成组装工艺模块，包括机械、电气、排线、水管安装及泄漏测试； 2. 完成自检，通过TQC（全面质量控制）并交付质检部门检验； 3. 参与新产品在可制造性、可靠性和可维护性方面的验证； 4. 在遇到质量问题（包括供应商问题、设计问题及其他不符合项）时，提交并分析NCR（不符合项报告）； 5. 根据生产计划安排团队日常工作，并解决生产过程中出现的问题； 6. 支持生产工艺团队制定OMS（操作维护规程），支持质量保证团队制定生产检查表； 7. 支持生产工艺团队优化产品制造流程； 8. 持续改善团队日常工作中的6S标准，包括安全风险识别； 9. 优化和改进生产工艺流程。 Key requirement 岗位要求 : 1. Bachelor Degree or above; Major in Mechanical/Manufacturing 2. Good skills of Microsoft office; Good English with reading and writing ability, speaking ability is a plus 3. 3years+ working experience in Mechanical MFG,Semi-conductor equipment 4. Strong lean production experience is preferred 5. Strong sense of responsibility and Teamwork spirit; 6. With some experience about construction and management of the production line team 7. Good quality and cost consciousness; Continously learning ability and aspiration 1. 本科及以上学历，机械/制造相关专业； 2. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件；具备良好的英语读写能力，有口语能力者优先； 3. 3年以上机械制造或半导体设备行业工作经验； 4. 具有丰富的精益生产经验者优先； 5. 具有高度的责任心和团队合作精神； 6. 具备一定的生产线团队建设和管理经验； 7. 具有良好的质量和成本意识，以及持续学习的能力和意愿。
