Technical Manager-Deposition

Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1.Business engagement and product management: work with product development teams on specifications and data collection requirements, manage customer demo requests, prioritization of product development activities. 2.Business Planning: create business plans/operation review materials, create business forecast based on market information, support budget planning, conduct competitive analysis and propose deposition business plan in company operation/planning meeting. 3.Sales strategies: develop and execute account specific sales strategies. 4.Marketing analysis: survey and report market trends including semiconductor vendors, semiconductor foundries and end-user customers. 5.Technical Marketing: develop key technical marketing collateral to be used in executive and customer presentations. Organize TRM/ERM for strategy partners. Key requirement 资历要求 : 1. Master’s Degree or PHD in Engineering, Material Science,Chemistry, Physics or related fields and appropriate level of industry experience. Ph.D degree is preferred. 2.5+ years in the semiconductor / equipment process & manufacturing industry. Related working experience in leading logic/memory Fab or semiconductor equipment vendors is preferred. 3. ALD/CVD/PVD process development or product support or business development/Marketing experience is preferred. 4. Collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations. 5. Good communication skill (Chinese, English).
