Material Planner

1. 评估和管控项目的物料齐套时间，准确找出瓶颈物料，与采购、生产、工程师或产品经理协调解决物料短缺问题。 Evaluate and manage the time required for material availability of the project, accurately identify the bottleneck materials, and coordinate with the purchasing department, production team, engineers or product managers to solve the shortage of materials. 2. 分析跟踪物料计划关键指标（如准时交付率、库存周转率, 物料齐套率），分析异常并提供改进方案 Analyze and track key metrics for material planning (such as on-time delivery rate, inventory turnover rate, and material availability rate), analyze anomalies, and propose improvement plans. 3. 掌握库存管控方法，优化库存周转率、分析安全库存测算、呆滞料处理，因项目需求变动导致的多余库存和订单等。 Master inventory control methods to optimize inventory turnover, analyze safety stock calculations, manage obsolete inventory, and address excess inventory and orders resulting from changes in project. 4. 精通MRP逻辑，分析多层BOM，通过MRP制定并落实物料拉动计划并分析处理MRP的异常需求 Proficient in MRP logic, capable of analyzing multi-level BOMs, able to formulate and implement material pull plans through MRP, and capable of analyzing and handling abnormal demands in MRP 5. 识别关键瓶颈物料和长交期物料，拥有战略风险和成本意识，制定分级备货策略。 Identify critical bottleneck materials and materials with long lead times; maintain strategic risk and cost awareness; and develop tiered stocking strategies. 6. 数据智能化开发与改善，推动物料计划在需求预测，缺料和库存分析等方面的标准化、自动化。 Develop and improve data-driven solutions to promote standardization and automation in material planning, including demand forecasting, material shortages, and inventory analysis. 7. 管理工程变更以优化库存并确保供应的连续性。 Manage engineering changes to optimize inventory and ensure supply continuity. 基本要求：Basic Requirements: 1. 大学本科以上学历，五年以上计划相关工作经验。 Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least five years of experience in planning-related roles. 2. 精通ERP系统，擅长库存和供应管理。 Proficient in ERP systems, with expertise in inventory and supply management. 3. 拥有较强的数据分析能力，精通 Excel、能运用Python、Power BI等工具进行数据分析与函数建模。 Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and capable of using tools such as Python and Power BI for data analysis and function modeling. 4. 逻辑清晰、数据敏感度高，极强的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够独立的进行跨部门沟通团队合作。 Clear logical thinking, high sensitivity to data, and exceptional cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; able to independently facilitate cross-departmental communication and teamwork. 5. 抗压性强，细心耐心，可应对紧急插单、物料延期、需求变更等各种突发场景做出判断和改善。 Ability to work well under pressure; attentive and patient；can make judgments and improvements in response to various emergency scenarios such as urgent orders, material delays, and changes in demand. 6. 半导体设备制造业经验优先。 Experience in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry is preferred.
