Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Establish process baseline for new application in house , transfer process baseline and provide in house support for on site qualification 2. Co-work with productivity team to define process running protocol and develop experiment to validate running protocol 3. On site process support for new process penetration 4. On site process support for production issue resolving 5. New hardware characterization process test 6. Generate process related BKM Key requirement 资历要求 : 1. Master and above degree, major in science or engineering. 2. Preferred majored in chemistry, physics and material science. 3. More than three years of work experience in ICP etching
