Sr. Software Support Engineer

Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1) Understand, research, and resolve software application and systems issues of moderate difficulty. Independently learn and investigate customer's problem, systematic bug or systematic software failures. 2) Create, test, and verify installation/upgrade instructions for software new version and hot fix patch releases. 3) Participates in product design, testing and documentation reviews. Collect necessary requirement from customer, and provide product group information from customer. 4) Participate in user conferences as schedule. Provide customer support via pager and cell phone. 5) Provide on-going training to customers and customer engineers for technical products and systems issues. 6) Provide assistance in analysis of customer OS performance, integration and database management issues. Deliver updates and reports to managers, partners and peers. 7) Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations 8) No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Key requirement 资历要求 : Bachelor's Degree or above > 5 Years of Experience on display or semiconductor equipment companies at least 1) Experience on Display industry & factory automation will be plus. 2) Experience on PECVD/TFE/Dry Etch equipment will be plus. 3) Understanding of SW development cycle, from requirements to testing, integration and delivery. 4) Good communication skills with moderate written and oral English is required. 5) Frequent business travel to customer sites.
