BD Manager-FPE

Key responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis • Conduct in-depth research on the Semi and Pan-Semi equipment market to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities. • Analyze market data to develop strategic plans for market penetration and growth. • Attend industry exhibition, workshop, seminar etc. to stay updated on industry developments, competition intelligence, and technology advancements to position our products effectively. 2. Business Operation • Administrative & Documentation Management • Support bidding, customer orders, contracts etc. with high accuracy and ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed • Maintain and update customer databases, contact lists, and sales records in OA systems including digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of sales documents. • Update regular business forecast reports (weekly, monthly) 3. Business Performance & Analytics • Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Create visual dashboards and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, or BI tools to illustrate sales performance metrics • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as business targets etc. • Research competitors and market conditions to provide insights that support strategic business planning Key requirement: 1. Education • Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business (MBA), statistics, semiconductor, materials, physics, chemistry, etc. Master degree is a plus. 2. Experience • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Semi and Pan-Semi capital equipment related industry. Business related function (BD / Sales / Product / PSE / Marketing) is a MUST. Flat panel display experience is a plus. 3. Skills • Acumen to Data and Strong market research / analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Proficiency in English is preferred. • Demonstrated presentation and paperwork skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and VBA, Power BI, SQL, Python will be a plus. 4.
