生产主管

Key Responsibilities: 1. Pick up material base on work order; 2. Assemble Process Module include mechanical/electrical/polyline/water hose installation and leak check per procedure, drawing and SOE; 3. Complete self inspection, pass TQC and pass QC inspection; 4. Submit NCR when confront quality issue include supplier issue, design issue and any nonconformance; 5. Arrange team daily work according production plan and solve problems in the production process 6. Support production engineering team to develop OMS and QA team to develop production checklist 7. Support production engineering team to optimization product manufacturing processes； 8. Implement 6S in daily work and comply with safety requirement in production; Key requirement : 1. Bachelor Degree or above; Major in Mechanical/Manufacturing 2. Good skills of Microsoft office; Good English with reading and writing ability, speaking ability is a plus 3. 5years+ working experience in Mechanical MFG,Semi-conductor equipment 4. Strong lean production experience is preferred 5. Strong sense of responsibility and Teamwork spirit; 6. With some experience about construction and management of the production line team 7. Good quality and cost consciousness; Continuously learning ability and aspiration
