Spare Planning Supporting Manager

o 熟悉ERP、WMS等系统，收集相关数据，建立数据分析平台，为备件计划提供决策支持 o Be proficient in ERP, WMS and other management system, collect relevant data and build the data analysis platform to provide the data-driven decision support for spare parts planning o 分析关键节点物料耗用情况和库存水平，优化备件客户服务含物料可供性和响应时间 o Analyze material consumption and inventory level, optimize the availability of on-site part and response lead time for customer service o 监控库龄和周转率，为加速备件周转提供有效的决策方案 o Monitor inventory aging and turnover rate, provide the action plan to speed up the inventory turnover o 打通上下游环节包括采购、生产、仓库、运输等数据通路，为日常管理提供必要的数据支持 o Establish end-to-end data connection to procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and transportation to deliver consistent data support o 建立可视化日常运行监控平台，确保运行数据的及时获取、运行绩效的实施呈现以及异常突发事件的预警 o Develop the visual daily running monitoring dashboard to enable timely data acquisition, real-time KPI visualization and contingency alert o 推动管理平台建设和数字化工具（如AI预测）的应用，提升预测准确性和作业效率。 o Drive the management system platform and the application of digital tools such as AI, to improve the forecast accuracy and the operation efficiency 职位要求： . 教育背景与经验 Education & Professional Experience · 本科及以上学历，工业工程、电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业。 · Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or other related disciplines · 了解备件计划、库存管理或供应链管理，半导体设备、精密仪器或高端制造业从业背景优先 · Familiar with spare parts planning, inventory management or supply chain management, candidates with working experience in semi-conductor equipment, precision instruments or high-end manufacturing are preferred · 5年以上系统开发、数据库架构等项目经验 · Minimum 5 years of hands-on project experience in system development and database architecture design 2. 专业技能 Technical Competencies · 精通C++、SQL、Python、PBI以及数据接口开发和整合 · Proficient in C++, SQL, Python, PBI and data interface development & integration 3. 软技能 Soft skills · 出色的跨职能部门沟通能力。 · Excellent cross-functional communication skills · 抗压能力强，能应对紧急需求和高时效性任务。 · Strong stress tolerance, capable of handling urgent requests and time-critical assignments · 逻辑清晰，具备数据敏感性和问题解决能力。 · Clear logical thinking with sharp data sensibility and solid problem-solving capabilities 4. 语言要求 Language Skills · 英语读写流利，听说能力良好者优先。 · Candidates with fluent English reading and writing skills as well as good listening and speaking capabilities are preferred
