Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Order material for production, R&D and spare parts 2. Track the PO delivery schedule and ensure parts delivered on time 3. Expedite the delivery schedule to meet urgent demand. 4. Negotiate with supplier for VMI or Consignment purchasing model 5. Work with engineer, planning, DCC to handle the ECO process. 6. Prepare the payment document and work with finance department to arrange payment 7. Support import & export specialist to do paper work for Customs clearance, e-hand book clearance, HS-code registration etc. Key requirement 资历要求 : 1. University degree or above 2. Minimum 3 years experiences in purchasing area 3. Import/export experience will be preferable. 4. Be familiar with SAP system 5. Good command in oral and written English 6. Good PC skills 7. Ability to work independently 8. Good communication skill
