Associate Director of Technology /Process sr Manager(GaAs)

1. Develop and optimize MOCVD epitaxial growth processes for GaAs-based solar cell structures, including high-efficiency multi-junction architectures. 2. Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve quality and product improvement issues; propose, develop and validate equipment and process optimization solutions. 3. Supports and interacts with all members of epitaxial team, MOCVD and other AMEC divisions as required. 4. Perform advanced characterization of GaAs based material and device structures (XRD, PL, AFM, LEI, HALL, ECV), and maintaining tools. 5. Perform lab live process demo for customer or support field process demo and technical discussions related to GaAs solar cell applications. Requirements: 1. Master's or PhD degree in Material Science, Physics and/or EE. 2. 3~5 years of experience in MOCVD process engineering related to GaAs III-V epitaxial materials for photovoltaic applications. 3. Strong understanding of epitaxial growth mechanisms, defect control, and process characterization. 4. Proven experience on production-scale MOCVD tools, including recipe development, troubleshooting, and hardware optimization. 5. Self-motivated, responsible, with strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. 6. Good communication skills in cross-functional and customer-facing technical environments.
