Associate Director of Technology /Process sr MTS(InP)

1. Develop and optimize MOCVD growth processes for InP-based optoelectronic materials and device structures used in optical communication. 2. Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve quality and product improvement issues; propose, develop and validate equipment and process optimization solutions. 3. Supports and interacts with all members of epitaxial team, MOCVD and other AMEC divisions as required 4. Perform advanced characterization of InP based material and device structures (XRD, PL, AFM, LEI, HALL, ECV), and maintaining tools. 5. Perform lab live process demo for customer or support field process demo and technical discussions related to GaAs solar cell applications. Requirements： 1. Master's or PhD degree in Material Science, Physics and/or Electrical Engineering; 2. 3~5 years of relevant experience with InP-based MOCVD epitaxy growthin a semiconductor or photonics manufacturing enviornment. 3. Strong knowledge of III-V compound semiconductors, particularly InP-based material systems (InGaAsP, InGaAlAs), MQW design, and strain/lattice matching concepts. 4. Proven experience on production-scale MOCVD tools, including recipe development, troubleshooting, and hardware optimization. 5. Self-motivated, responsible, with strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. 6. Good communication skills in cross-functional and customer-facing technical environments.
