Sr. Mechanical Engineer-ATF-DDP

Responsibilities: 1.半导体CVD设备的机械设计； 2.使用SolidWork 设计3D模型，生成2D图纸，并构造BOM，撰写测试报告, 上传文档进PLM系统； 3.制作气路图，水路图，真空抽气图； 4.下采购订单，与供应商沟通技术问题，并跟踪到货时间； 5.参与测试零部件的性能，可靠性，安全性； 6.与各功能部门协作做产品的安装，调试； 7.做零部件和设备的故障分析，找出故障原因，解决工程设计问题。 1.Semiconduct CVD equipment mechanical design. 2.Create3D model, drawings, BOM and testing reports， release it in PLM system. 3.Create diagram of gas, water,pumping. 4.Issue purchasing order for parts，discuss techanical issue with supplier and follows delivery status. 5.Build lab tools and test equipment functionality. 6.Evaluate parts and module performance, reliability and safety. 7.Collaborate with functional groups to do integration, testing and shipping procedures. 8.Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve engineering issues. Requirements: 1.本科及以上机械等相关专业方向； 2.3年以上半导体设备行业相关领域工作经验； 3.扎实的机械，材料，加工等专业知识； 4.熟练使用SolidWork, AutoCAD等绘图软件； 5.有较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神, 能在压力下工作； 6.理解和动手能力强； 7.熟练的英文读写能力。 1.Bachelor's degree above in Mechanical Engineering required. 2.3+ years experience in semiconductor equipment development. 3.Familiarity with mechanical engineering,materials engineering , manufacturing processes, quality control, and other techniques. 4.Proficient with engineering design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD. 5.Good communication skill, team work spirit, able to work under pressure. 6.Proficient in using FEA software for strength analysis of design. 7.Good communication skill and team work spirit.
