Lean Digital Expert

Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Lead Digital Current State Analysis Conduct smart manufacturing diagnosis based on CMMM (China Manufacturing Maturity Model), integrating business requirements and lean inputs (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, lean improvement priorities) to identify digital improvement areas. 2. Support Business Process Optimization Collaborate with lean experts to drive "Lean Foundation" practices, supporting end-to-end manufacturing process optimization (improvement topics aligned with business needs) from lean-digital perspective. 3. Lead Digital Blueprint Development & Support Enterprise Architecture Design Own enterprise-level digital blueprint planning and assist in defining the 4A architecture (Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture and Technology Architecture) to align digital initiatives with strategic objectives. 4. Develop Digital Transformation Roadmap & Follow Execution Design a 3-5 year digital transformation roadmap with milestones, priority and resource allocation. Create stepwise implementation strategies to balance pilot validation (e.g., single-area/single-plant upgrades) and large-scale deployment, while monitoring technical landing and business value realization. 5. Optimize Digital Project Governance & Documentation Streamline project initiation processes and documentation standards, including project charters, feasibility studies, project approval review, technical specifications, project plan, acceptance criteria, etc. Key requirement 岗位要求: 1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering, computer science, automation, mechanical and electronic engineering, intelligent manufacturing or related 2. Work experience: more than 8 years of Lean digital transformtion experience in manufacturing area, preferably in semiconductor, high-end equipment, automotive or discrete manufacturing industry with ETO or similar context 3. Professional skills and experience requirements: 3.1 Experience in CMMM diagnosis, familiar with CMMM standard and implementation process, preferably with a CMMM appraiser certificate, or from a CMMM assessment level 4 enterprise 3.2 Experience in multi-manufacturing base collaboration and business support, familiar with cross-regional architecture design and standardized replication 3.3 With lean thinking, and familiar with common lean tools (such as VSM, VSMIA, etc.) 3.4 Familiar with enterprise 4A architecture (business architecture, application architecture, data architecture and technology architecture) 3.5 Experience in digital project management, familiar with project documents (technical specifications, acceptance standards, etc.), PMP certificate is a plus 3.6 Familiar with Agile, able to quickly respond to business changes and adjust implementation strategies, Scrum Master certificate is a plus 3.7 Experience in Lighthouse or smart manufacturing project is a plus 3.8 English: good English with reading, writing and speaking ability 4. Open mind with strong learning ability and growth mindset is essential 5.
