Process Staff Engineer - Etch

Key Responsibilities: 1,Design and conduct experiment with etch plasma etcher and generate technical reports; 2,Conduct detailed data analysis to demonstrate process feasibility and system; 3,Review process techniques and methods in manufacture environment; 4,Collect and evaluate test data to determine hardware limitations for process or material specification; 5,Conceive, define and plan projects with new concepts and/or new approaches in processing; 6,Other tasks assigned by supervisor; Key Requirements: 1,PhD or Master in chemistry, physics or material sciences. Working experience in semiconductor Fab or supplier is preferred; 2,Be able to solve complex process and equipment engineering issues; 3,Good at English writing and reading; 4,Good communicate skill and strong team spirit; 5,Self motivated, proactive and hardworking
