Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Respond to RFQs and customer specs by collecting the feedback from technical team. 2. Work with regional teams to define SSC (Systems Specs Configuration) for evaluation tools, sales tools 3. Attend ECO meetings and decide on release status (DCO/C-ECO/ECO) 4. Lead cost reduction to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer teams and GMO. 5. Develops and updates GMA template, review GMA. 6. Prepare CLC forms to implement late changes prior to order shipment. 7. Drive MFG delivery of internal orders (for RD, ENG, etc.) 8. Manage small CIP programs plan and release CIP hardware for products, based on customer demands to improve performance of existing products. 9. Perform TPT/WPH analysis as requested by internal and external customers. Key requirement 资历要求 : 1. Through knowledge of product management or knowledge in chemistry, physics or material science area. 2. Proven ability to communicate effectively with several types or levels of staff. 3. Well-developed organizational skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, familiar with MS office, etc. 5. Work experience: Not necessary 6. Personality: bright, open minded, self motivated.
