Responsibilities: 1. Able to own & drive at least 2-4 major projects per year, be responsible for major KPIs and keep projects to schedule. 2. Able to own at least 2 major assemblies in one of the levels: Frame, Chamber, Top Assembly, ESC & Cathode, Thermal, Gas Box. And be responsible for all issues, design enhancement related to this assembly. 3. Carry out design tasks from concept design, simulation & calculation, set up C& F test stand to execute and complete 3D & 2D drawings. Able to guide/train new employee to have ability as the above & project management. 4. Make test plan and schedule, drive & carry out parts test on test stand or real system with different groups. Collect and analyze data, reach to reasonable conclusions from data and communication with team members. 5. Proof check for designs by self and other team members. 6. Quickly come out with 3D draft for new design proposals. 7. Work with vendors on designs, drawing modification, quality improvement & cost reduction 8. Be able to occasionally ( <2 times per month) travel to customer sites to solve field issues Key Requirements: 1.Bachelor or Master degree, major on mechanical engineering; 2.Have at least 5-7 years of experience in mechanical design and project handling, in the Pan-Semicon industry. 3.Can complete major design tasks individually or lead a small project team.
