BD Manager-FPE

Key responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis • Conduct in-depth research on the Semi and Pan-Semi equipment market to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities. • Analyze market data to develop strategic plans for market penetration and growth. • Stay updated on industry developments, competition intelligence, and technology advancements to position our products effectively. 2. Business Opportunity Identification and Development • Proactively seek out new business opportunities related with CVD / Dry Etch etc, including potential new customers. • Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate in early R&D stage. • Coordinate with internal teams, including Engineering / GPM / PSE / TPS and Common Engineering / MFG etc, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customer, identifying their technology / product roadmap and specific High Value Problems. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Key requirement: 1. Education • Bachelor degree or above, major in semiconductor, materials, physics, chemistry, etc. Master degree is a plus. 2. Experience • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Semi and Pan-Semi capital equipment industry. Business related function (BD / Sales / Product / PSE / Marketing) is a MUST. Flat panel display experience is a plus. 3. Skills • Acumen to Data and Strong market research / analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Proficiency in English is preferred. • Demonstrated negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive business growth. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and VBA, Power BI, SQL, Python will be a plus. 4.
