SCM Staff Engineer/Manager-EE

Responsibility: • Daily RFQ for new parts, negotiate price, payment terms and conditions, delivery with suppliers and maintain price info in system • Develop new supplier for parts for semiconductor equipment or related product • Qualify new supplier and make records in system per AMEC procedure • Timely work with suppliers for new design change, delivery schedule, payment clean, and quality control • Annual cost reduction project plan and take proactive action • Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination, audit and management of suppliers • Complete other tasks assigned by the Management timely and accurately Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or related fields • 5+ years of relevant industry experience related to Semiconductor or Electrical Industrial • Willing to take challenges, hardworking, self-motivated, dependable with high integrity • Can read and analyze financial statements to assess the strength of a business and uses these skills in everyday sourcing decisions • Experience in Sourcing and Merchandising • Knowledge of global supplier base and strong supplier development experience • Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
