Global Project Management

Key responsibilities: 1. Own and manage product lifecycle of specific ECD product, from C&F to development, product release, and obsolescence. Support to prepare product definition/specs (MRS), define options and CES. 2. Project management: Drive resources (including Common Engineering, GMO and MFG team) to complete tasks, monitor R&D parts delivery, and ensure project schedule is on track. Projects include CIP items (Continuous Improvement Process) and new products. Convene design reviews, prepare project schedule, and drive execution of plans. 3. Help Line Manager organize formal product release meetings to compile data and requisite documents for Alpha Exit and Beta Exit. 4. Collect, summarize, analyze, update and track the requirements from the market and users. 5. Help create and direct reviews of order configurations (SSCs) for both System and Non-System orders. 6. Manage release and shipment of CIP items to install base. 7. SSL (Safety stock List) management. 8. Support cost reduction project to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer teams and GMO. 9. R&D quality management system setup, update and implementation, coordinate for ISO audit. 10. Coordinate for R&D team operation, knowledge sharing, training etc.. Key requirement: 1. Bachelor and above with engineering or technical related, more than 10 years Semiconductor related industry experience is preferred. 2. Experience with ECD product is preferred, Lam Sabre3D & AMAT Nokota is preferred. 3. Experience in project management, PMP certification is preferred. Open minded, self-motivated and logic thinking, Highly organized with can-do attitude. 4. Good English skills in both writing and oral. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Proven ability to communicate effectively with various level of staff.
