Field Service Engineer-Norway

Responsibilities： 1. According to the business needs of the project, assign system tasks to overseas service stations, monitor and manage the service stations to complete after-sales product debugging, maintenance, and other tasks according to the process; 2. Through mastering product theory and practical skills, provide technical guidance to service stations to improve their technical capabilities; 3.Responsible for coordinating human, technical, and other resources to implement the batch rectification tasks issued by the company; 4.Responsible for supervising and guiding the service station's reporting work to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of its reporting; 5.Responsible for the collection and arrangement of customer files on the product market side; 6.Responsible for handling emergency events on the product market side and collecting competitive product information Requirements： 1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above/chemical/environmental/energy-related engineering majors 2. Familiar with Italy new energy vehicle industry after-sales service standards/Italy energy storage industry safety operation specifications/Italy energy storage industry recycling-related standards and regulations 3.Fluent English communication ability/customer business negotiation ability/contract writing ability/market research ability 4. Worked in a company related to the energy or automotive industry, with experience in customer service 5.English is a must, Chinese Language a bonus.
