国际物流管理经理（base国内）

岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities 1 负责海外物流日常运营管理，跟进运输、仓储、清关、配送等业务执行情况。 Oversee daily overseas logistics operations, monitoring the execution of transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and distribution activities. 2 协调总部、海外区域、供应商、承运商、仓储服务商等相关方，推动运营问题解决。 Coordinate with headquarters, overseas regional teams, suppliers, carriers, and warehouse service providers to drive the resolution of operational issues. 3 建立并跟踪海外物流核心运营指标，包括交付及时率、运输周期、仓储效率、异常率、质损率、成本达成率等。 Establish and monitor core overseas logistics KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), transit time, warehousing efficiency, exception rates, quality loss rates, and cost achievement rates. 4 定期输出运营数据报表和运营分析，识别业务异常和改善机会。 Regularly generate operational data reports and analyses to identify business anomalies and opportunities for improvement. 5 跟进重大物流异常，包括运输延误、仓储积压、清关异常、货损货差、费用异常等，推动问题闭环。 Monitor major logistics exceptions, such as transport delays, warehouse congestion, customs holds, cargo damage/discrepancies, and cost overruns, and drive issues to closure. 6 参与海外物流流程优化、标准化建设及数字化管理工具落地。 Participate in the optimization and standardization of overseas logistics processes, and facilitate the implementation of digital management tools. 7 支持新市场、新项目、新车型导入过程中的物流运营方案制定。 Support the development of logistics operational plans for the entry into new markets, new projects, and new vehicle models. 8 协助完成部门运营复盘、经营分析及管理层汇报材料。 Assist in conducting departmental operational reviews, business performance analysis, and preparing materials for management reporting. 任职要求 | Job Requirements 本科及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、供应链管理等相关专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management. 3年以上国际物流/供应链管理经验，有整车或汽车零部件国际运输经验者优先。 3+ years of experience in international logistics/supply chain management; experience in automotive CBU or parts transportation preferred. 熟悉海运、清关、仓储配送全链路，有海外区域实操经验者优先。 Familiar with end-to-end sea freight, customs clearance, and warehousing; overseas hands-on experience preferred. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、ERP/TMS系统。 Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and ERP/TMS systems. 英语可作为工作语言，具备跨文化沟通能力。 English as a working language, with cross-cultural communication skills. 能适应海外出差，出差频率约1-3个月/年。 Adaptable to overseas business travel.
