语言专家（英）

岗位职责： 支持游戏研发、发行过程中的本地化工作。整体负责游戏文本审校调优以及质量把控，使其符合项目风格和对应语种地区的文化和审美取向。 参与剧情向内容讨论，并从文化顾问角度完成相关内容的审校和审核，协助其规避文化红线问题。 主导完成系统性LQA，及时输出完整、准确的LQA报告，并提供解决方案。 协助本地化PM梳理本地化资料，保证游戏文本风格、术语的统一。 参与本地化配音监棚工作，为英语地区配音选角、台本收录提供指导。 岗位要求： 本科以上学历，对应语种翻译与本地化，语言学，文学，历史专业最优。 3年以上全职本地化经验。 英语母语人士或英语达到母语水平。具备优秀的创意写作能力。 具备良好的团队合作精神，工作态度认真负责，责任心强。 热爱二次元，热爱游戏。 Job Description: Oversee and provide localization support for the game throughout the development and overseas publishing cycle. Ensure edged quality for in game localization content. Make sure the content would be suitable for the aesthetic sense of the corresponding markets. Be as an cultural consultant in story design discussion, and make final review for the outline and structure of story writing, to avoid any cultural taboo issues. Perform systematic localization quality assurance for the game and complete final validation of the translation. Report on the localization errors and solutions with thoroughness and precision. Assist the localization language leads in managing glossary, style guide and all other reference documents to ensure the consistency of the in-game texts. Take part in the dubbing sessions and oversees the general direction of the voice actors casting and script dubbing. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above. Major in Translation and Localization, Linguistics, Literature and History would be preferred. Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in the localization industry. Native or near-native proficiency in both Chinese and English. Excellent creative writing skills in both languages. Great team player with strong sense of responsibility. ACG and game lovers would be preferred.
