Business Analysis Manager(Fulfillment Cost)

Job Responsibilities: -Establish a fulfillment operation analysis and cost budget system, connect relevant departments, and sort out the logic and caliber of business and financial analysis; -Complete the analysis of fulfillment costs and performances in Europe, lead and explore the driving factors for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement, and output cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans; -Build a business analysis report system, complete the model construction of the business analysis system, sort out system requirements, and promote system launch and iterative optimization; -Responsible for empowering the department's awareness of operating costs, and enhancing the department's cost management awareness and ability by popularizing cost management logic and methods. Job Requirements: -Bachelor's degree and above in data analysis, business analysis or related field; -5-10 years experiences of fulfillment/logistics operation；1-3 years experiences of finance or cost analysis; Having consultant experiences is a plus. -Project management, both waterfall and agile models；Risk analysis； -Stakeholder engagement；Must be a quick learner, be curious on new things.
