Job Responsibility： 1.Provide logistics data and business analysis support for the leadership team (i.e. Dashboard design, Score card design and performance data tracking); 2.Provide weekly and monthly logistics business reviews, which includes business process optimization indicators, workforce performance indicators, capacity planning recommendations, etc.. 3.Team engagement and collaboration (i.e. CN performance team, EU logistics operation team and HQ data team, etc.); 4.Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree and above in data analysis, business analysis or related field; 2. 5+ years of data analysis experiences, at least 3-year experience in e-commerce supply chain or logistics areas; 3.Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quick sight, or similar tools; 4.Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables; 5.Proficient oral and written communication skills.
