StepFun — GTM Founding team member, US Location: San Francisco Bay Area | Full-time About the Role StepFun is building our founding US GTM team. We're looking for a high-energy operator who can hit the ground running — organizing events, building community, forging partnerships, and putting StepFun on the map in the Bay Area AI ecosystem. This isn't a pure event ops role — you need to speak about AI with genuine technical depth. What You'll Do - Plan and execute online/offline technical events (workshops, hackathons, conferences, meetups) to grow StepFun's brand and technical presence - Own the full event lifecycle end-to-end, from concept through lead generation - Build and maintain relationships with AI communities, accelerators, developer groups, and ecosystem partners - Create content and speak at events in ways that resonate with technical audiences What We're Looking For - 1–5 years of experience in DevRel, community, GTM, BD, or marketing in AI/tech - Background at a major tech company (Salesforce, Google, AWS, etc.), AI startup, or the YC/accelerator ecosystem - Can speak about LLMs, AI agents, and developer tools with real substance — not just pushing logistics - Track record of organizing or deeply contributing to AI/tech community events - Established network in the Bay Area AI scene - Native-level English fluency Nice to Have - Connections to YC or similar communities - Experience managing open-source communities or GitHub presence
