项目专员（光伏、储能方向）Project Specialist (PV& Energy Storage Direction)

岗位职责： 1. 岗位职责：协助项目经理跟进国内外储能项目（尤其是大型地面电站、工商业储能等）的执行进度，协调设计、采购、生产、物流、施工、调试等内外部资源，确保项目按计划推进；负责项目相关文档（如合同、技术协议、图纸、报告、验收文件等）的整理、归档、更新与流转，确保信息准确、完整、可追溯；作为项目信息中枢，及时、准确地在客户、现场团队、公司内部各部门（销售、技术、供应链、工程等）以及海外合作伙伴之间传递项目关键信息，确保沟通顺畅；协助处理项目执行过程中的日常客户咨询与需求，为国内外项目现场团队提供必要的后台支持，协助解决现场问题；协助识别项目执行过程中的潜在风险和问题，参与制定应对方案，并跟踪解决进展；参与项目管理流程的梳理与优化建议，提升项目执行效率和质量；积极适应不同文化背景，运用语言优势，有效支持跨国、跨文化团队协作。 1. Job ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers in tracking the execution progress of domestic and international ESS projects (especially large-scale ground-mounted power plants, C&I ESS), coordinating internal/external resources (design, procurement, production, logistics, construction, commissioning) to ensure projects stay on schedule.Manage project-related documentation (e.g., contracts, technical agreements, drawings, reports, acceptance certificates), ensuring accurate organization, archiving, updating, and circulation for traceability.Act as the project information hub, facilitating timely and accurate communication of critical project updates among clients, on-site teams, internal departments (Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Engineering), and overseas partners.Assist in handling daily client inquiries and requests during project execution, providing essential back-office support to domestic and international on-site teams, and aiding in problem resolution.Help identify potential risks and issues during project execution, participate in developing mitigation plans, and track resolution progress.Contribute to the review and optimization suggestions for project management processes to enhance execution efficiency and quality.Actively adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds, utilize language skills, and effectively support collaboration within multinational, cross-cultural teams. 2. 任职资格： 2027届国内外本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、能源与动力工程、新能源科学与工程、工程管理、项目管理、国际贸易等专业优先；英语通过CET6及以上，具备英文交流能力，优秀者可放宽；性格积极主动，愿意接受海外出差，有志于在新能源行业长期发展；积极主动，细致认真，具备较强的执行力，能够承担压力，对工作结果负责；具备良好的团队协作意识，能够在多元团队中有效工作。 2. Qualifications:2027 graduates with a bachelor's degree or higher from accredited domestic or international institutions. Preference for majors in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy & Power Engineering, New Energy Science & Engineering, Engineering Management, Project Management, International Trade, or related fields.CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency required, with the ability to communicate in English.
