职位介绍 职责描述： ! Conducting field services in pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs. ! Providing trainings and support to regional service engineers and service partners ! Providing remote support to customers through telephone and email ! Ensuring that the field services comply with the work health and safety requirements ! Planning and coordinating tasks as well as liaising with other divisions of the business to complete jobs in a timely manner 任职要求： ! Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering ! Good command of English, both speaking and writing ! Excellent and professional customer service skills ! Able to travel overseas regularly in the APAC region (primarily within Southeast Asia) ! Superior time management and organisational skills ! Be a team player and great attention to detail ! Ability to multi-task with excellent follow up skills and attention to detail. !
