We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager to lead our business development efforts in the European utility-scale energy storage market. This role is based in China, with flexible location options across major cities, and involves regular international travel to engage with clients and partners in Europe. Main Responsibilities Market Development & Customer Expansion Conduct in-depth analysis of European energy storage trends. Identify and engage potential customer groups through strategic marketing and relationship-building initiatives. Establish and maintain long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop tailored sales plans based on market insights and client needs. Define product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to meet revenue targets. Business Negotiation & Contract Management Lead professional negotiations in English. Finalize agreements on pricing, delivery, and terms. Ensure smooth contract execution and client satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, feedback collection, and proactive issue resolution. Drive customer loyalty and long-term value. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience in ESS or related sectors Proven success in the European market preferred Strong understanding of European business culture, regulations, and customer expectations Skilled in market analysis, client development, negotiation, and project coordination Language Requirements English: Advanced (business negotiation level) Mandarin: Fluent Dutch/French: Optional, but a plus Location: Flexible within China - Hefei, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, or Nanjing Travel: Frequent overseas travel required Market Focus: European Region (BeNeLux priority) Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd.
