What You'll Do / 你将参与 • Create visually engaging videos to promote SIB’s next-generation industrial software. 为 SIB 的下一代工业软件制作具有视觉冲击力的宣传视频。 • Unlike traditional industrial software marketing that relies on sweeping narratives and live factory footage, we aim to showcase specific product features through creativity, motion graphics, and visual effects. 不同于传统工业软件营销中依赖宏大叙事和工厂实拍的方式，我们希望通过创意、动态图形与视觉特效，更具体地呈现产品功能。 • You will work mainly on motion graphics (MG) videos and promotional films, delivering professional and impactful effects. 你将主要负责动态图形（MG）视频和宣传片制作，输出专业且有冲击力的动效内容。 • Collaborate with internal tech experts, visual designers, and external vendors—owning the full journey from raw footage (e.g. real demo recordings and factory footage) to final release. 你将与内部技术专家、视觉设计师及外部供应商协作，负责从原始素材（如真实 Demo 录屏、工厂实拍等）到最终发布的完整制作流程。 About You / 我们希望你 • You're passionate about the art of video. 你热爱视频创作。 • You understand how to tell a story through short-form commercial videos, MG animations, PVs, and TVCs. 你理解如何通过短片广告、MG 动画、PV、TVC 等形式讲好一个故事。 • You're curious about technology and the industrial world. 你对技术与工业世界保持好奇。 Requirements / 要求与加分项 • Proficient in motion design and VFX tools such as After Effects (required), familiar with Premiere, DaVinci, or other common post-production tools. 熟练使用 After Effects（必需），并熟悉 Premiere、DaVinci 或其他常见后期制作工具。 • Bonus: Skills in filming, editing, and video effects—able to wear multiple hats when needed. 加分项：具备拍摄、剪辑和视频特效能力，必要时可以承担多种职责。 • Bonus: Experience with 3D tools like Blender or C4D. 加分项：有 Blender、C4D 等 3D 工具经验。 • Engineering background or experience in industrial/technology-related projects preferred. 具备工科背景，或有工业/科技相关项目经验者优先。
