Hardware Product Manager——CONOW

Key Responsibilities · Own the full lifecycle of residential energy storage hardware products, from concept definition to mass production. · Translate market needs and technology insights into PRDs, product architecture, feature specifications, and prototype requirements. · Collaborate with engineering teams to drive hardware development, engineering validation, reliability testing, pilot builds, and production ramp-up. · Coordinate with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and resolve production issues efficiently. · Monitor industry technology trends and competitive dynamics to provide forward-looking insights and shape the product roadmap. · Work cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, marketing, and global business teams to deliver product objectives on schedule and at quality. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering, electronics, energy systems, or related technical fields preferred. · 3+ years of experience in hardware product management or related technical domains (ESS, inverters, power electronics, or similar). · Strong understanding of energy storage system architecture, mainstream solution designs, and key technical parameters. · Familiarity with residential energy storage markets in Europe and North America, including competitive landscape and regulatory context. Highly responsible, analytical, and proactive; capable of managing complex cross-functional projects and willing to travel internationally as needed.
